These terms apply when you use skillsyncinfinity.com (the “website”), run by SkillSync Infinity LLP (“SkillSync”, “we”). By using the website you agree to them. If you enrol in a program, the enrolment terms you receive then also apply.

Using the website

• The website gives information about our programs, webinars and career resources. Use it only for lawful purposes and don't try to disrupt it or access it in ways we didn't intend.
• When you send us an enquiry, please give accurate details so we can respond. How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Our content

Articles, videos, course outlines, images and the SkillSync name and logo belong to SkillSync or are used with permission. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our content with credit; please don't copy or republish it in full without our written permission.

Videos and YouTube

Some of our videos are published on our YouTube channel, @skillsyncinfinity, using YouTube API Services. When you watch or interact with them on YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Program information and outcomes

We keep program details, fees and dates up to date, but they can change; the details confirmed at enrolment apply. Career support, placement help and examples of student results describe what we offer and what others have achieved; they are not a guarantee of a job, income or business result.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and payment or form providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

Liability

The website and its free content are provided as they are, for general information. To the extent the law allows, SkillSync is not liable for losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on its free content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
